- After visiting the PMAY webpage, click on the Citizen Assessment taskbar.
- Find the Track your Assessment Status in the Citizen Assessment drop-down menu.

Option 1: Enter your Assessment ID
If you select to fetch your application status from assessment ID, you must have the correct ID number generated after registering and the contact number submitted during registration.
Next, enter the details in the given tab and click SUBMIT. Once done, you will be redirected to a new page that will help you with the real-time status of your PMAY application.
Option 2: Enter your Full Name, Father’s Name, and Contact Number
If you select this option, you must enter details, including your state, city, district, full name, mobile number, and father’s name. After successfully submitting the form, you can check your application’s status on the webpage.

- Find the Search Beneficiary Option on the Main Menu and click on it.
- Select -By the Name Option.
- Once done, you will be redirected to a webpage where you must enter your Aadhar number.
