According to the sources, the property was initially valued at between Rs 65 and Rs 70 crore, but Ajay Devgn paid less for it due to the coronavirus outbreak.

The actor paid Rs 2.37 crore in stamp duty for the transaction. The documentation said that this was a transfer deed and not a sale.
